Marketing Manager:

Job Responsibilities:

• Tomanage, coordinate and maintain all matters related to plan and execute acomplete range of marketing and business development activities andto formulate, strategies and coordinate the business developmentactivities of the company 
• Toevaluate customer research, market conditions, competitor dataand implement marketing plan alterations as needed.
• Budgetmanagement and Target Setting. To deliver all marketing activitywithin the defined budget.
• Toexplore ways of improving existing products and services, andincreasing profitability by identifying target markets and developingstrategies to communicate with them.
• Topromote, marketing and create distribution channel of all Company'sProducts in defined target segment in Nepal
• Directthe hiring, training, monitoring and performance evaluations ofmarketing and sales staff and oversee their daily activities
• Be in touch with keycustomers. Key Lead Finalization, Lead Generation etc.

Job requirements:

• 
  
• Experience,skill and confidence to take independent responsibility toanalyze, supervise and monitor aggressive sales, distribution andmarketing plans. 
• Thinkcreatively, be organized and methodical work well in a team and with a 
• widerange of people
• Extensiveexperience of developing, maintaining and delivering on marketing 
• strategiesto meet company objectives. A strong understanding of customer and marketdynamics and requirements.
• Knowledgein IT related products/ services marketing will be an added 
• advantage.
• Excellentcommunication/ writing skills in English and team leading capability
• Musthave good Public Relation with Corporate People.
• Thesuccessful applicant should be accountable for the strategic directionand growth of the company as well as active management of daily businessactivities.

Experience:

• Minimum5 years of working experience required in similar field in areputed company.
• This is a senior management level Position. Salary no bar for rightcandidate and will be negotiable.
